Fees and charges
A tailored service at the lowest price
Payability : complying with Hoguet Law, fees shall be payable only if our mission is successful, upon signature of title deed with notary. No file or report costs will be included in the bill, even if your project fails.
Amount : The amount of the fees is set upon signature of the search mandate and is mentioned in writing in the aforesaid mandate. Two cases are to be considered :
CASE No.1
The property has been found through a real estate agent You owe us nothing.
The fees, payable by the Vendor (unless otherwise agreed upon), will be shared out among the agent acting on behalf of the Vendor and ourselves.CASE No.2
The property has been found straight from a private individual
The amount of the fees will depend on the purchase cost :
